1. Agreement
By using PlantSnap (plantsnap-sigma.vercel.app), operated by Number One Son Software Development, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
PlantSnap provides AI-generated identification of plants, flowers, and trees from photos, for informational and educational purposes only. Results may be inaccurate or incomplete.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, reverse engineer it, or use it for unlawful purposes. You must own or have rights to images you submit.
4. Paid features
If paid plans are offered, billing is handled by our payment processor, subscriptions renew until cancelled, and refunds are governed by the terms presented at purchase.
5. No warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that identifications are accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Number One Son Software Development shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for decisions you make in reliance on the service.
7. Changes
We may modify the service or these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
